Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day
Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are only accepted if:

Equipment & Merchandise
Coffee equipment, accessories, and merchandise may be returned within 30 days provided:
Items are unused and undamaged
Items are returned in original packaging
