At George’s Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for coffee products, equipment, and merchandise purchased through www.georgescoffee.co.uk.

1. Returns Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

2. Returns for Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, we can only accept returns if:

The coffee bag is unopened and sealed

The wrong item was received

The product arrived damaged, defective, or compromised in quality

If your coffee arrives with a quality concern or defect, please email support@georgescoffee.co.uk with:

Your order number

Photo evidence (if applicable)

A description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

3. Returns for Equipment & Merchandise

Equipment (e.g., grinders, brewers) and merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel) can be returned within 30 days provided that:

Items are unused

Items are in their original packaging

Items are free from damage or wear

Items that are used or damaged may not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no additional cost. Please contact us to arrange a replacement.
